The Millwood Fun Fair needs ~100+ volunteers to ensure it runs smoothly.  Can you help us?

Every volunteer has a place, and we have a place for everyone!  Positions are typically in 2 hr shifts so you can still enjoy the fun fair with your family!  Some examples of where you can help and how: 

​

1. Set-up and Clean-up: Starting Friday evening, and until approx. 5:00pm Saturday afternoon.

2. Cake Walk: Turn music on and off to play the game. Ensure each winner selects a cake. 

3. Loot Bag Room:  Cross off number of tickets off each child's card so they can select a loot bag. 

4. Prize Room:  Allow children to select a prize based on the number of winning tickets they have. 

5. Bouncy Castle: Ensure children remove shoes, and use the castle in a safe manner. 

6. Cookie Room: Replenish supplies and assist children in decorating a cookie. 

7. Popcorn/Food: Make and bag popcorn for hand out, sell other food items to hungry patrons.

8. Bingo Room: Hand out bingo tickets and call out numbers. 

9. Ticket Sales: Sell raffle tickets, food vouchers, game ticket sheets. 

10. Parking: Great position for a student! 'Guard' the main parking lot and ensure only fun fair workers and vendors have access.  Assist with load/unload as needed.  and Much More!  Thanks for your help!
