Our local provider is Pizza Nova who offer 1,2, or 3 slices of Cheese, Pepperoni, or Veggie Pizza, and a snack (Gluten Free available).

Thanks to all our volunteer we were able to fill our slate of executive positions, but we're always looking for new voting members & volunteers, especially for Pizza Lunch Fridays. Please contact us if you're interested in assisting with an event, activity or running a fundraiser.

Each year your Millwood Home & School funds various educational programs and initiatives such as whole-school trips, presentations, and Scientist in the School. These initiatives require both financing and volunteers. Every lending hand counts – whether you donate money, time, food, or a combination of all, everything is greatly appreciated.

Our next H&S meeting of the next school year will be held on JAN. 30th via ZOOM. We will be looking for volunteers for our upcoming events including Grad planning & more. Watch your inbox for a zoom link and agenda the day before the meeting. All are welcome and we encourage all parent comments!
jungle sport!
week of February 5-9
The Junglesport climbing & adventure program is back at Millwood! Their climbing jungle gym will set up in our school gym and 2 qualified instructors guide students through a range of climbing and ropes course activities. A teacher is always present as well. Watch for more info and a consent form to come home with your child.
millwood pancake Day
Tuesday feb 13, 2024
Millwood continues its long-standing tradition of celebrating pancake day! Every student will receive 2 small pancakes, a cup of syrup, fork, napkin and 1/2-1/3 of a banana. This will replace morning snack, so please do still send your child a lunch that day!

The Millwood H&S has received grants from TD and PollinateTO to continue building our school garden for the students and community to enjoy. Got a green thumb and interested in volunteering? Drop us a line!
Please keep our gardens clean and safe for the kids; report any vandalism or damage to the school office.
grade 5 graduation
Thursday june 20, 2024
Time to celebrate 7 years at Millwood for our ~66 grade 5 graduates! The graduation will begin at Silverthorn C.I. and resume at Millwood for a party! Our grad committee will send more details shortly!
Grade 4 parents will continue the Millwood tradition of 'Paying It Forward' by contributing donations and food for the night. Sign up here!
